Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the ruling out of the 5th Circuit which does enjoin enforcement of ATF's pistol brace rule....but only for the named plaintiffs in this matter. What does that mean to you? Well, the Firearms Policy Coalition has asked that exact question as relief to the named plaintiffs, without relief to everyone, is no remedy.
