Vladimir Putin has said that by opposing the world's emerging multipolarity the West is shooting itself in the foot. His statement was made as the Eurasian Economic Forum kicked off in Moscow on Wednesday, where officials and businesses from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan gathered to further build multipolarity.
