President Joe Biden marked the one-year anniversary of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School mass shooting on Wednesday by imploring Congress to pass “common sense gun safety laws.” Biden said there had been 650 mass shootings and over 40,000 deaths due to gun violence since the Uvalde shooting last May.
