The Daily Word Vomit - Unleash Your Mind!
Welcome back,
This week we're talking about the technique of the Daily Word Vomit whereby we transfer all our jumbled up thoughts and emotions inside us out and onto another medium such as a piece of paper or our phones/laptops.
We set a daily target of 500 words or 5 minutes in which to write and then we let it all out without judgment or amendment.
The trick is to feel the words come to you and let them flow out onto the page of screen. Don't filter, don't fix.
Let it out and see how it feels.
Over time this practice will bring more positive feelings and writings and you will be able to see clear progress as your mood and stress improves over time.
