Believers perform fertility dance in front of Obando Church at Feast of San Pascual Baylon

Thousands of believers who want to have a child headed to the town of Obando in Manila Bay to participate in an annual fertility dance ritual. The event in the Philippines is part of the Feast of San Pascual Baylon, one of Obando’s three revered patron saints.

Couples travel to the feast in the hope of becoming parents, as legends about the place are known around the country.
