Taiwan Railway Bento Box we show how they are made, trace the history, serve and taste on the train

Bento boxes are everywhere in Taiwan and make a perfect meal when traveling by train. Taiwan Railways (TRA) produce a variety of Bento Boxes from 6 kitchens around Taiwan. Taiwan Kitchen meets the head chef at the Taipei Main Station Kitchen, discovers the history of train catering in Taiwan, travels to Yulin to watch how they serve on the train and tucks into sampling bento boxes at South Shulin station.
