Epic Battle Fantasy 4 (PC) - Epic Mode, All Challenges - Part 5: Crystal Golem Boss Fight

As we reach the other side of the Crystal Caverns, our second boss fight awaits! The Crystal Golem can summon elemental bits that can self-destruct and inflict status effect like Freeze or stun, as well as hit you hard with its own attacks. Keep your evasion and defense buffed, and here you'll want to buff your Magic Defense as well. As much as you don't want to use items in this challenge because of money being in limited supply, you may need to replenish your MP to keep your buffs up during this fight.

After the boss fight, a glowing blue cat appears to curbstomp the party! You can't kill this thing, so all you can do is survive for a few turns before the cat leaves and summons a couple crystals to harass you. You can destroy these to proceed to the exit where the next town lies!
