How to Cook Slow Cooker Italian Chicken with Vegetables Recipe

6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes
12oz frozen green beans
8oz fresh mushrooms sliced
1 medium onion sliced
1 14.5 oz can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 6oz can Italian style tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
8 oz fettuccine cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese grated

In a bowl mix undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and garlic.
In a 7 quart slow cooker place green beans, mushrooms, and onion.
Place chicken pieces on vegetables.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Place chicken vegetable mixture over fettuccine.
Garnish with Parmeasan cheese.
Serves 4
