How to Cook Smokey Mountain Cheese Soup Recipe

2 (4oz) boxes of au gratin potato mix
15oz can corn, drained
14.5oz can dice tomatoes with chiles
2 1/2 cup water
16oz pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 cup milk

In a 5 quart Dutch Oven, mix au gratin potatos with podwer seasoning, corn, tomatoes, and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover for 30 minutes.
Add cheese and milk.
Cover and bring up to temp.
Mix until cheese is melted.
Serves 6
