Thousands evacuated from Italian Emilia-Romagna region due to flash floods

Severe floods hit several towns and villages in the Emilia-Romagna region, sparking the evacuation of at least 10,000 people. Drone footage captured the now inundated city of Lugo, in the province of Ravenna, where the Senio River has overflowed, flooding the city. According to officials, about 14 rivers have broken their banks, flooding 23 towns.
