I am Jeff Roberts I had an ischemic stroke on Good Friday 2018. As stroke survivors we know all too well that life can change in the blink of an eye. I want to share my journey of taking back my life with you. I am living proof that small changes equals big results. So if you are suffering from mental illness, drug addiction, alcoholism, homelessness, hopelessness, childhood sexual trauma or just trauma in general. There is hope.
