Barbie Shows Us What REAL Representation Looks Like - Down Syndrome Doll | Nat

Barbie and Mattel have come out with a new Barbie doll that represents someone who has Down Syndrome. While at first, a lot of anti-woke people started bashing it, they soon realized this was actually what true inclusion and representation looks like. Especially given that about 60-90% of babies with Down Syndrome will likely get aborted now that there are in-utero tests that parents can easily take. Making it even more representative, Mattel partnered with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) to make a doll that is true to children and people that have down syndrome, including symbols and features unique to them.

However, in contrast, a drag queen troupe called Drag Syndrome which 'includes' people with Down Syndrome in an overtly and overly sexualized show is not it. The activists and radicals in the LGBTQ+ community have a unique way to take things like inclusion and representation, and completely butcher the entire concept. It shouldn't have to be said that including people like children or those with Down Syndrome in a sexualized activity that they may not fully understand is exploitation. No matter how many woke or political points you gain from doing so.
