For many trips now it would seem that all we do is fish the rivers for salmon. Well we decided it was time to switch things up for a moment. So we set out to fish a lake we don't spend much time at and go after a fish we haven't tried hooking before, PIKE. It took us a little bit of work and searching but we finally found where some of there little predators were hiding In the tall grass. Not bad for our 1st attempt. Next time we return to Big lake we will likely seek out some big Char & rainbows! and If you have any good tips for fishing big lake, leave a comment so we can learn and teach others.
