Kiev’s military intelligence chief admits that Ukraine targets Russian civilians
During a televised interview Ukraine's military Intelligence chief, Kirill Budanov, has hinted that Kiev was behind the assassination of a number of Russian civilians.
We discuss the issue with political analyst John Jordan, who said the admissions in Budanov's interview should be publicly discussed – but are instead being silenced, and radio host Steve Gill, who says that the confession amounts to an admission of war crimes and should raise questions with Ukrainian and US officials.
