Breakfast cups

Breakfast cups are easy to make and delicious to eat! Perfect to make ahead for breakfast on the go or breakfast in bed! To make breakfast cups you will need the following ingredients:

1-2 cans biscuits(any brand)
Scrambled eggs(minimum of 4)
Cooked and crumbled bacon and sausage
Shredded cheese(any kind you like)
Butter flavored nonstick cooking spray
Muffin/cupcake pan

Directions: Spray your cupcake/muffin pan. Open the can of biscuits. Pull one biscuit in half. Then press one half into one cup making sure to press the biscuit up the sides of the cup. Repeat steps until each cup has a biscuit half inside. Add some scrambled eggs to each cup on top of the biscuit half, make sure to leave room for the other toppings. Add some bacon and sausage to each cup. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-12 mins until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted. Your breakfast cups are now ready to serve! Enjoy!

Note: You can use bacon or omit it, omit the sausage if you like and just use bacon. You can use whatever kind of shredded cheese you like. I do not know how these will turn out if you use egg substitution or plant based meats or cheeses.
