Breakfast pizza
Breakfast pizza is fun and easy to make and delicious to eat! Perfect as a special breakfast or brunch for Mother's day or Father's day! To make breakfast pizza you will need the following ingredients:
1 can biscuits(any brand)
Scrambled eggs( I used 4)
Browned and crumbled bacon and sausage( I used 4 pieces of bacon and a mini sausage roll both purchased from Dollar Tree)
Shredded cheese(I used Italian cheese)
Pizza pan
Directions: Open biscuit can. Pull your biscuit in half and press onto pizza pan forming a circle to make the crust. Add scrambled eggs to top of biscuit crust. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon and sausage next. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-12 mins until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Let cool 5-10mins. Cut into slices with a pizza cutter or knife. Serve warm. You now have a delicious breakfast pizza perfect for breakfast or brunch! Enjoy!
Note: You can substitute veggies for the meats if you like. Use only sausage or just bacon. It's easy to make however you might like!
