Healthy organic curd at home recipe

Pour 250ml milk into a container(glass container preferred). Put three whole green chillies into it. close lid and keep it in a warm place for 12 to 14 hours. After that, remove green chillies from container and transfer only the curdled parts to another bowl(remaining water can be used at the time of marinating chicken. It will make chicken more juicier inside). mix well and add 3 tablespoon from that to a glass, steel or in a ceramic container or pot. Refrigerate remaining up to 2 weeks for future use. Pour 500ml of milk into it. Close lid and keep in a warm place for 12 hours. Enjoy the delicious and healthy curd at home.
