Senior Advisor Mitch Landrieu: Government default will not affect infrastructure projects

During a White House press briefing on Friday, Infrastructure Implementation Coordinator Mitch Landrieu said a large amount of the funding required for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act was “preloaded.” Landrieu said a government default would not have an impact on specific projects under the infrastructure law.
