2007 Chevy Aveo. This is how I turned off the DRL Daytime Running Lights,... just disconnect the module!! If you don't have time to disconnect the module, just remove (2) 10 amp headlamp fuse in the engine bay.

Neighbor of mine was wondering why her car always needed a jumpstart. She asked to check whats wrong and immediately I knew it was something to do with her headlights because I noticed it was on the night before.

I told her the problem was the DRL module, it must have shorted for the lights to stay on and she found out it was pricey.
So I told her I can just remove it and find out if the light will still work without it and it did!!
