Ukrainian War Criminal With ISIS Links Among UK-Trained Fighters

British special forces trained one of Kiev’s most notorious ISIS-linked fighters who was previously convicted in Ukraine on kidnapping and torture charges. He has since been killed on the Artyomovsk frontline.
