How to improve hemoglobin level | Lunch box Recipe
Ingredients;
Oil
Mustard seeds
Channa dal
Curry leaves
Cashew
Peanut
Green chilli-2
Moringa-1 cup
Egg-3
Cumin powder
Pepper
Cooked brown rice
Pink salt
Directions for Drumstick Leaves Rice Recipe;
To begin making the Drumstick Leaves Rice, firstly heat enough oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, channa dal,cashew, peanut, green chilli, curry leaves, chopped small onions and sprinkle some salt and saute till they turn golden brown.
Add drumstick leaves and cook for few minutes.
Immediately add in the cooked rice, salt and toss everything gently. Until everything comes together.
Add three eggs in a bowl,salt, cumin powder, add some in the pan, Pour the egg mixture, and let it cook for a few seconds.
Serve Drumstick Leaves Rice on its own or with ivy gourd( kovaikai poriyal) fry to complete your meal.
