Meet Deserie Foley, Assistant Director to PACTS International (People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance) and Michael H., both attacked by covert groups. Our guests are targeted individuals living under non-conceptual harassment for over 20 years enduring psychological tortures. Michael suffers from sleep deprivation. An insidious tactic used in victims were they are woken several times a night and kept awake for days, debilitating cognitive and physical functions.
