In part one of this two-part podcast, HDIAC analyst Mara Kiernan interviews Dr. James Giordano, a Professor in the department of Neurology and Biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center. The discussion begins with Dr. Giordano defining neuroweapons and explaining their applied technologies. He provides insight into the manner in which international weapons conventions govern the use neuroweapons and discusses the threats presented by neuroweapons in today’s environment. Dr. Giordano goes on to review the need for continuous monitoring, including his views regarding challenges and potential solutions for effectively understanding global developments in neuroweapon technologies. The second installment of this two-part podcast continues the conversation with Dr. Giordano on the implications of weaponizing brain science. In an article he wrote for HDIAC in 2016 titled ‘Battlescape Brain’, Dr. Giordano hinted at the possibility of a neuroweapons arms race that could follow from international surveillance. Dr. Giordano provides an updated look at these concerns in the context of today's environment. He concludes by describing ethical frameworks that could regulate future policies for biotechnology as the world moves forward in this dynamic area. Original Air Date: January 30, 1979 In 1979, just two years after U.S. Senate hearings revealed disturbing information about a secret government mind control program code-named Project MKULTRA, this one-hour documentary covering some of the clandestine, illegal activities involved in this mind control project was released. This is how it aired on ABC TV 7 Washington, DC with the commercials left in. One of the topics covered by this intriguing film is the bizarre activity of a man named George White, who operated outside of the law while directly under CIA direction. At minute 47 into the documentary correspondent Paul Altmeyer states, “And what of George White, the man who helped the agency in so many of its programs. Shortly before his death, he wrote to his boss at the CIA, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, and summed up his career by saying, ‘It was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill and cheat, steal, deceive, rape and pillage with the sanction and blessing of the all highest.'” The film also mentions that Dr. Gottlieb destroyed the records of the mind control programs in 1973. He and many others involved in these projects did not want the public to ever know about the many illegal and immoral activities they had sponsored in their quest of control over the mind. The report entitled Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process was penned in 1983 by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M McDonnell. Referencing the John St. Clair Akwei lawsuit, where Mr. Akwei, a former NSA employee sued the NSA for similarly attacking him with electromagnetic energy remotely, in the process revealing a great deal about the NSA's Signals Intelligence program and the many categories of Intelligence collection they engage in, including RINT or Radiation Intelligence comprising EMF waves from people's brains, Dave Case discusses the use of satellites in tracking and irradiating humans from a distance, the ways in which tracking radar impacts on the human skin and sets up a bio-relevant feedback loop, how the skin acts as a transducer and conveys EMF signals into sound energy which traverses the nerves and impacts the brain as sound. By this means high-frequency tones can also be sent into the brain. Mr. Case discusses satellites, drones, the carriage of electronic warfare weaponry on planes, celltowers and other means by which weaponized EMFs are directed at individuals and whole populations, and describes as well the nature of organized crime in the USA which is well hidden and protected inside the Deep State, particularly the CIA. Addressing the history of criminal activities, he dicusses JFK's assassination by the CIA to present-day scenarios of takeover of government agencies which has resulted in the brutal extra-judicial targeting of citizens with EMF weaponry.
