Migrants scuffle with police at Peru-Chile border

After Peruvian President Dina Boluarte declared a state of emergency in the town of Tacna earlier this week, migrants clashed with police near the country’s border with Chile. Protesters blocked the road with their luggage, pleading with cops to let them cross the border and enter Peru.
