1 Corinthians 12:12, God builds His Church with many different kinds of people.
1 Corinthians 12:18-19, He has a plan for every single one.
1 Corinthians 12:23, Despite any initial outward appearances, God builds, rebuilds, gifts, blesses, and empowers every individual for His will.
1 Corinthians 12:27, All things work together and fit together in the Church for His will.

A parable of building a door.

Exodus 25-31, mentions the "mortise joint" and "tenon joint" within the instructions for build the tabernacle. Observe the door on stage requires a certain joint in order to be properly built.

A parable of how a door is knocked upon (there is no knob on the outside), and whether or not the person within opens the door.

John 14, Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ.

If a door has missing members, then it is less of a door.
If there are too many holes in a door, then it will not be very effective.
