5 Bean Salad

Today I was looking to make a high protein salad. I love a good bean salad. 3 bean, 5 bean, or whatever number of beans! Something about that sweet and sour dressing with the different textures of the different beans just makes for a perfect side salad or a meal! I hope you enjoy my recipe today!
