Come along for a slow, peaceful day in the garden as I take you through my spring routine in the asparagus patch. Each year before the spears start producing, I burn off the old canes and clear away weeds—but this time, a few early asparagus had already popped up for harvest!

We chat casually as I pick the spears, burn the bed, and water everything down. You’ll hear the sounds of nature, the occasional animal in the background, and a few thoughts about life on the land. We also take a stroll over to the grape vines to see how they’re blooming—though it looks like the raspberries have plans of their own!
