-Sound healing involves using specialised sound frequencies to create therapeutical atmosphere promoting rest, deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. This is achieved by using
specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
The aim is to create or enter into a hypnotic, meditative or theta brainwave state allowing access to deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years around the world to heal both mental and physical ailments by applying directly on the body’s energy field and chakras restoring and balancing body energy further enhancing its natural healing abilities. Some of the healing benefits are: deep relaxation - by inducing feel good hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and norepinephrine; better sleep - induce quality sleep through slow brain waives, waking refreshed by sleeping better and reduced stress levels; pain relief – when in pain our brain stimulates inflammation which perpetuates pain, endorphins released by sounds reduce and relieve pain.
