A message about the desert by the sea. (Isaiah 21:1-10)

A message to Babylon, we might revisit this next week and talk more about verses 6-9, getting into the beauty of the watchmen looking for the signs for the man coming in a chariot, the watchmen waiting to cry out that Babylon has fallen and all her idols lie broken on the ground! How beautiful it is when all the idols are on the ground, smashed to pieces, the life that was chained and bound by them finally free.

We are free O people of GOD! So why do we worry our weakness, why do we worship our chains? The debt was paid O freed ones, walk out, resting in The KING'S Shade! HIS wing is out, stretched long and wide. Like a mother he HE gathers HIS chicks, with a shepherds voice HE calls HIS own. Only listen dear children of Abraham, listen to the GOD who calls us home. For JESUS is HIS name, and JESUS, HE IS KING. The blesses son of David, the HOLY RISEN KING.

We have no reason to fear, we have no reason to worry, HE dresses the lilies with beauty and splendor, HE knows every sparrow that drops to the ground, HE knows every hair on our head, HE collects every tear that falls to the ground. This is the GOD Who calls us, This is the GOD Whom we serve, HE is the GOD of Jacob, HE IS The KING of all the Earth. (Not sure why it keeps coming out in poetry, but good company since a good chunk of it's poetry, right? ^.^' )
