From Start to Finish: Painting a Contemporary Landscape with Green Earth Tones and Blue Gray Skies

Hello there friends! In this video, I am going to take you on a journey with me as I paint a contemporary landscape featuring lush green earth tones and a moody blue sky with gray clouds creeping in. This painting is inspired by the natural beauty of the world around us, and I am excited to share my process with you.

I learned a new technique or should I say I am working on a new technique. One where you use a paper towel to wipe away some of the darker paint and it leaves these bare lighter spots. You can then fill in around then and give the illusion of trees and bushes and there may be a field there or maybe some water. I hope you enjoy.
