Back to the basics! The secretary demonstrates cues and concepts to be mindful of during the bench press.
The bench press trains the horizontal push pattern of the human body. This movement pattern is very active at the early ages of human development. The bench press helps maintain strength and range of motion out in front of us, which is key for day to day activity.
