South Africa hosts BRICS meeting of Deputy Ministers and Special Envoys

The ninth session of the BRICS conference of Deputy Ministers and Special Envoys has kicked off in South Africa and will be held over three days in Cape Town. The event will focus on peace processes in the Middle East and developments in North Africa and the Gulf.
