Sprouted Moongdal Pancake with Mango Lassi

Mango lassi:
Ingredients;
1 cup chopped very ripe mango
1 cup curd
2 spoon brown sugar or honey

Method;
Add ingredients to the blender:
Put the mango, curd, honey (or brown sugar) into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

Sprouted moong dal pancake;
Ingredients;
Sprouted moong dal - 2 cup
Ginger finely chopped 1 inch
Green chillies finely chopped 2
Asafoetida ¼tsp
Cumin seeds-1tbs
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Rock salt-1 tsp
Ghee- to cook

Method;
1.Blend the sprouted moong dal and other ingredients with water.
2.Add mixture into a bowl
3.Heat some ghee on a pan
4.Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly, cook till it is golden brown in colour from the both sides.
5.Serve the sprouted moong dal pancake with mango lassi and cut mango’s.
