A series of moving air masses will impact temperatures across the Great Lakes Region through the remainder of the week. Temperatures will begin to rise towards summer-like conditions over the next two days, before a cold front bringing the possibility for thunderstorms will move into the Great Lakes Region on Thursday evening. Following the front, temperatures will gradually begin to cool towards Saturday night, where the potential for a heavy snow event has begun to appear on models over Eastern Michigan.
