Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class - 60 Minutes - Full Class

Here is a 60 minute (57 minutes actually) vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa yoga connects yoga poses with the breath. The yoga postures or asanas flow together throughout the class. This class offers sun salutations, standing postures, back extension postures, core strengthening exercises, and relaxing restorative postures. This class moves at a moderate pace. Beginning students are encouraged to take breaks and modify the postures as needed.
