Inundated with rescued kittens and cats - 4 adults and 8 kittens in one day

We have just had the largest intake ever in one day of rescued kittens and cats. 4 adults and 8 kittens: 2 nursing mothers with 3 and 5 ( about 7 weeks old in both cases) babies respectively and another 2 young male adults - the assortment came from 3 different places - the side of a road and a dump. Then, I included Tintin who I rescued the previous day with severe scabies. His treatment has already started and he should start to improve in the next two days.
