Gov Kristi Noem Signs Executive Order Protecting 2nd Amendment Rights

Gov Kristi Noem : “Today, I will sign an Executive Order to protect the God-given right to keep and bear arms from being infringed upon by financial institutions. My Executive Order, effective immediately, blocks state agencies from contracting with large banks that discriminate against firearm-related industries.”
