How to Stop Caring What Other People Think of You

Some people would call it, a need for approval or validation. Though natural, it can become quite unhealthy. As for the need for representation, it's really the same horse. In today's podcast, I'd like to share with you some ideas that may be of help to you.

As a person with disabilities, I do understand the need for validation and I've learned to not look to other people or culture to show its approval of me. Even if you're not struggling, I still believe that you or a friend will benefit from this video.
