At Home Squat Workout | No Equipment

This squat workout is made up of 8 exercises for 3 rounds. I didn't use equipment to give more people the chance to workout with me. Be sure to warm-up, cooldown and rest longer if needed. The workout covers all lower body muscles and will help tone your body. Let me know how the workout went in the comments.
