Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs (Chicken Skewers)

This recipe is so good. It’s tender and juicy, makes a great appetizer or a healthy dinner the whole family would love.

This recipe will make 4 chicken kebabs.

Ingredients:

½ lb (500 grams) boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sizes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Seasoning (see the description below)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Juice from 1 medium finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 Bell peppers cut into big chunks
1 large Red onion chopped into big chunks

Seasoning:

½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Cumin Powder
¼ teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken in a bowl, add the ingredients and add the seasoning except the vegetables, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Prepare the skewers by threading the chicken, peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating chicken with vegetables until the skewer is full.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) then carefully place chicken kabobs in air fryer basket.
4. Air fry chicken kabobs for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked, carefully flipping the kabobs halfway through.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Note:
You can use metal or wooden skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken is marinating.
