Cheese and Berry Danish Recipe
This Cheese and Berry Danish recipe is so easy to make. It is so delicious and they always disappear fast. It can be made in any flavor you like. I did strawberry, apricot, and blueberry jam. Use whatever filling sounds good to you!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
⅛ teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 17.3-ounce box frozen puff pastry sheets thawed
about 6 tablespoons berry jam
White sparkling sugar (optional)
For Egg Wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and salt in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Transfer in a pastry bag. Set aside.
3. Lay out the 2 sheets of puff pastry, then cut each into 6 squares. Pipe the cheese filling onto the center of each dough square.
4. Create a slight well in the center of the cheese mixture and fill with 1-1 ½ teaspoons jam if desired.
5. Brush the tops of the pastry with the egg wash generously. Sprinkle the edge with sparkling sugar.
6. Using a knife or pizza cutter lightly score each rectangle about 1/4 inch in on all sides.This allows the edges to rise in order to contain the filling. Don’t cut all the way through, but just enough to leave behind a clear border.
7. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until pastry is puffed and edges are golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Cool before serving.
To make egg wash, whisk egg and water together until smooth. Use a pastry brush to lightly brush wash around outer edge of dough.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1½ tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. crushed pepper flakes (Optional
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1½ tsp. minced garlic
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine pork, salt, garlic, sage, nutmeg, pepper flakes, fennel seeds, and sugar until well distributed.
2. Divide sausage mixture in half and shape each half into a log.
3. Wrap logs in plastic and chill at least 4 hours or overnight, or freeze until slightly firm, about 30 minutes.
4. Unwrap logs and slice. Fry sausages in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick spray over medium-high heat until brown and cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Transfer sausages to a paper-towel-lined plate. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
4 teaspoons brown sugar
2 canned unsweetened pineapple slices
2 maraschino cherries
⅓ cup (45 grams) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon (2 grams) baking powder
2 tablespoons (26 grams) granulated white sugar
⅛ teaspoon fine salt
3 tablespoons (45 ml) milk
¼ teaspoon (1 gram) vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Pour 1/2 tsp. butter into each of two 10-oz. ramekins coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Top with a pineapple slice. Place a cherry in the center of each pineapple slice; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine the flour,sugar, baking powder, and salt .Beat in the milk, vanilla and remaining butter just until combined. Spoon over pineapple.
3. Bake at 350F (180 C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around edges of ramekins; invert onto dessert plates. Serve warm.

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Butter or Spray a 9 x 5 inch (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl mix the cocoa powder into the boiling water until the cocoa powder has dissolved and is smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
3. In a separate bowl, sift or whisk the purpose flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Beatthe butter until smooth.Add the sugar and vanilla extract andbeat, on medium high speed, until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the cooled cocoa mixture.
5. Add the flour mixture (in two additions) along with the milk (in one addition) and mix until just combined.

Ingredients:
3 ounces (90 grams) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips (I used bittersweet)
2 tablespoons (25 grams) butter
Instruction:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and let cool until it thickens to pouring consistency. Pour the glaze over the top of the cooled cake.

Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs (Chicken Skewers)

This recipe will make 4 chicken kebabs.
Ingredients:
½ lb (500 grams) boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sizes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Seasoning (see the description below)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Juice from 1 medium finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 Bell peppers cut into big chunks
1 large Red onion chopped into big chunks
Seasoning:
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Cumin Powder
¼ teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken in a bowl, add the ingredients and add the seasoning except the vegetables, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Prepare the skewers by threading the chicken, peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating chicken with vegetables until the skewer is full.
3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) then carefully place chicken kabobs in air fryer basket.
4. Air fry chicken kabobs for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked, carefully flipping the kabobs halfway through.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
Note:
You can use metal or wooden skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken is marinating.

340 grams chicken breast, diced into ¼” cubes
¼ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Clean chicken breast. Then cut the chicken into tiny cubes, about ¼” and place into the mixing bowl. Add the flour, salt, chopped fresh parsley, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and egg.
2. Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil. Add a tablespoon of chicken mixture at a time. Slightly flatten the top. Fry until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and fry for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Once done, place fritters onto a plate lined with paper towels to soak in excess oil. Add more oil to the pan as necessary and repeat the frying process.
5. Serve them right away (if you prefer them warm). Enjoy!

Ingredients
For the Toppings:
⅓ cup (50 grams) all purpose flour

For the Muffins:

1 ¼ cups (163 grams) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons milk (I’m using 2%)
½ cup (85 grams) fresh blueberries
For the Streusel Topping:
1. In a bowl, whisk the flour, sugar and salt then add the cubed butter.
2. Crumble the butter and flour together. I like to press large handfuls together at the end then gently break apart to create a range various sized clumps.
For the Muffins:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (170 C). Prepare your muffin tin by adding paper liners.
2. In a bowl add the butter, sugar, and salt beat until combined. Then add the egg and vanilla extract. Add in lemon zest and beat until combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat until just combined then add the milk and beat to combine. Add the blueberries and combine using a spatula.
4. Transfer batter to your prepared muffin tin filling the wells to the top. Cover with the streusel topping.
5.Bake for about 30-34 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes before removing. Enjoy!

1 ¾ cups (265 grams) all-purpose flour (plain flour)
2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder

1 egg whisked with 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of water, for brushing
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325 F (160 C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Stir in dried cranberries.
3. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into the egg mixture and beat until combined.
4. Transfer the dough to a well floured counter and shape the dough into 2 logs about 12-inches long.
5. Place the logs on the baking sheet. Brush the logs with the egg mixture and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
6. Transfer the logs to a cutting board. Using a serrated knife, slice the logs into cookies just over ½-inch thick.
7. Place the biscotti cut side down, on the baking sheet. Return to the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
8. Makes about 20-24 cookies.

Ingredients:
4 large (200 grams) eggs
3 tablespoons (44 ml) milk
½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
½ cup (65 grams) all purpose flour

4 tablespoons water for steaming
Instructions:
1. Put one bowl for the egg whites in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
4. In a bowl whisk together egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract until thick and frothy.
5. Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg yolk mixture. Whisk until just combined; do not over mix. Set aside.
6. Take out the bowl from the freezer. Add the egg whites. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer.
7. When the egg whites turns frothy and opaque, gradually add in sugar. Increase the mixer speed to high until stiff peaks form.
8. At this time, heat a large nonstick frying pan over the lowest heat. Brush with cooking oil and lightly remove any visible oil with paper towel.
9. Using a spatula, gently fold the meringue into the egg yolk mixture.
10. Scoop the batter in the frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of water in empty spaces inside the pan, and cover with lid.
11. Lift the pancake and flip it gently. Add more water and cover. Once the pancake is lightly browned transfer to a serving plate.
12. Dust pancakes with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup.

This Nutella croissants are sinfully easy to make. We use a store-bought puff pastry sheet. It’s gooey, flaky, and buttery with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 of a 17.3 ounce package Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
* Nutella
* Melted Butter
Instructions:
* Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
* Remove puff pastry sheets from the freezer and allow to thaw before working with them.
* Unfold one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut pastry square in 3 then cut each rectangle diagonally into two triangles (making 6 triangles).
* Place about 2 Tbsp Nutella of each puff pastry. Then, starting at the wider end, roll each triangle up.
* Place each croissant seam-side down so that the tip of the triangle is tucked under the rolled croissant. Brush tops and sides with melted butter.
* Bake for about 15-18 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
* Serve and enjoy!
