Fuel in the air box of a VTX 1300 - Part 1 of 2.

I got a great deal on a 2003 VTX 1300. Then I figured out why. Fuel leak from the airbox. Here is the first part of this story where I thought I fixed it, but didn't. Part 2 is actual fix. If you have the same problem, hopefully you can solve yours, too!
