Jarret's was the second to testify Day 1. Allowing him to change testimony on Day 2 with no consequences, AS JUDGE THOMPSON DID, was very unfair to Kari Lake. Jarrett accused the T Techs of causing the misfeeds by changing the print settings, but did so after the T Tech who testified had been dismissed. Betancourt would've been asked completely different questions, if Jarret's Day 1 testimony was consistent with his Day 2. Thompson has to be corrupt, or a fool, to allow this and side with the defense's witnesses in his ruling. He doesn't look like a fool.

He observed at 10 vote centers. In total 11 roving attorneys (six more didn't respond) observed 223 vote centers.

115 of 223 vote centers (~52%) observed had problems with tabulation and long lines.
