- Focus on Breathing and helping with shortness of breath.
- Begin mobility of the arms and leading motion from the torso and shoulders.
CAUTION! Shortness of breath can come from MANY reasons, so do indeed get examined by your health care professional: there may be reasons for you to not do these exercises (e.g. some heart problems do not allow arms over the head).
There is SO MUCH to discuss in these topics, so this is just the beginning, there will be more to come many times later.
