(Re-) Introduction
During the pandemic, I wanted to start a Tai-Chi series ... but I flopped and actually stopped practicing. Well, this becomes an opportunity: as I re-learn and go through the old pit-falls again, this revival series can bring the benefits to many others and I can use the wisdom of my past experience to help avoid painful mistakes!
Tai-Chi for all of us, because we are all feeling the pinch! ... Veterans, Truckers, Business Owners, even Classical Musicians who oppose the freedom movement!
- We all want to live well and feel well and have full mental and emotional focus on what makes life worth living!
- Let's find ways to get along, because the world sure finds ways to pit us against each other!
