U.S. Senator and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Oceans, Atmosphere, Fisheries and Coast Guard, Marco Rubio (R-FL), questions witnesses regarding the amount of time it has taken for the federal government to make a final ruling on the RESTORE Act. Without this final ruling, the states affected by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill cannot continue with restoration acts that require the RESTORE funding.
