Rep. Anna Paulina Luna gave remarks at the Natural Resources hearing on 5/23/23 to discuss the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's newly published rule to establish a vessel speed restriction to protect the Rice's whales: "This rule is going to have many adverse impacts on communities, court operations, and the economy in my district as well as throughout the state of Florida."
