15 Min Push Workout (Chest, Shoulders & Arms)
This upper body workout is more focused on a high volume type of training. Hitt workouts are great for toning and shaping your body. You can use weights. Remember to keep good form and stay consistent with the training intervals. If you need a longer rest, feel free to do so. Also, I chose to do this workout with only a pair of 10lb dumbbells. For 2 reasons, to include everyone and to maintain a strong technique throughout the workout. Don't forget to warmup before starting this fun workout!
