Williamsburg VA ~ Cop claims self defense after shooting his Sargent

Michael Trenton Rusk shot his Sargent, whom his family and lawyers, claim had been stalking, harassing and grooming him for over a year.

Security footage shows Sgt Christopher Gibson sitting close to, touching, and grabbing officer Rusk while out drinking in January 2023.

After shooting Sgt Gibson, Rusk then calls 911 desperate for help, while also claiming he thought his superior officer was going to rape him.

He is facing multiple charges.
