'US-Russia relations in deep crisis’ – Putin

‘Relations between the United State of America and Russia are unfortunately in deep crisis,’ Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a welcoming ceremony of new ambassadors. ‘Madam ambassador, I don’t want to break the solemn atmosphere, but I should mention that US support of a coup d’état in Kiev in 2014 eventually was what led to today’s Ukrainian crisis,’ Putin said while addressing US ambassador to Russia Lynne Tracey.
